Crash

Posted on November 23rd, 2009 in daily marriage

Please forgive my absence.

There was a motorcycle accident.

The man. My husband. Michael was involved.

Skin was lost. Stitches required. A receding hairline discovered. His…not mine.

Anyway, as soon as he recovers, I’m going to slap him upside his head for getting on a motorcycle with no helmet and scaring the hell out of me and the kids write a post detailing the accident.

Until then….relax and take a sip.

  1. I hope he’s ok! You still have your sense of humor so he must be. But, I’m so sorry!

  4. I am so glad that he is ok. My Father in law has had 2 motorcycle accidents, the last one keeping him from work for 2 months and he still insists on riding. Motorcycles scare me immensely. Hubby isn’t allowed to ride one until the kids are raised! Not that I’ll be ok with it then, but whatever.

I hope he heals quickly. Love and prayers coming your way!

  5. I am always telling my Michael he can’t get a bike and he’s all like “Why not? Steve has one!” and I’m all like “Uhhh…no.” Glad your hubbys is alright.

    My best, Lynn
