Here’s a list of 25 things that you don’t know about me:
- The name Malaki scares me.
- My favorite number is 7.
- I’ve only potty-trained 1 of our 7 children. My husband has potty-trained the rest.
- I’m obsessed with all things Halle Berry and Kelly Ripa
- I have a fear of computer germs.
- I will never lend you my laptop…not even for a second. Sorry. Blame my fear of computer germs.
- I have a tattoo of a rose on my left ankle.
- I You Tube a clip of the movie Jumpin’ Jack Flash everyday.
- If I see spilled milk on a table, counter, or wherever, I get queasy.
- I want Annie Duke to teach me how to play Poker for fun.
- I drive like an old lady.
- My dream car is a Volkswagen Beetle.
- I once watched a movie 6 times in a row, because I was too lazy to put another dvd in.
- I just recently learned (about 3-4 years ago) that the hospital clerk typed an extra letter in my name, and my mom never noticed.
- I’ve been spelling my name wrong for 20 plus years.
- I was once so tired that I fell out of my bed while sleeping.
- I was too tired to get up, so I slept on the floor beside my bed.
- I asked my husband for a pillow, and he gave it to me instead of helping me up. (He vehemently denied this incident ever occurred.)
- If I could be anything in the world, I would be a superhero.
- I would rather eat a cupcake, than eat a piece of cake. Go figure.
- I track Santa Claus on his route each and every year.
- I think there should be an entire day devoted to sleep.
- I hate crowds.
- I prefer boxers over briefs
- When I was little I wanted to be a Smurf.

My “legal” name is LaStesha. No one ever calls me that. They always call me Stesha. Anyway, my mom said when she filled out the forms she spelled my name like this: LaSteshia. I guess she never bothered to check it, because my birth certificate has it spelled like this: LaStesha. At this point it doesn’t matter, because I’m legally changing my name to Stesha. LOL!

I used to work at a birth certificate office, the misspelling of names happen all the time and only found out when as an adult the birth certificate is checked. You are absolutely not alone.

What a cute list! I have a confession, my birth name was not Jessica…it was Laura May. My local newspaper even printed it as Laura May. Apparently, my mom and dad changed my name before I left the hospital to Jessica Nicole. Go figure! I am soooo not a Laura, so good choice on their parts!
