Two

Internet, are you there? If you are — which of course you are ’cause the Internet never sleeps — I need a few hugs.

Eden and Elijah are TWO today!

Two Two

Y’all, I’m losing my babies. Two is so close to five, and five is soooo close to fifteen, and fifteen… FIFTEEN lives right next door to THIRTY!

My babies are {*insert very dramatic wall-slide here*} adults already!

Can someone come over and “Peter Pan” them? I don’t want them to grow up…Ever!

Okay, ever, might be stretching it. But can we at least stop time for a bit?

A Related Yet Random Story: Monday morning, I was enjoying a very peaceful drive home, after safely transporting the older kids to school. The twins, unbeknownst to me, had a chat amongst themselves and decided it was too peaceful. Y’all tell me how and why they both managed to wrangle their diapers off, (while still secured in their car seats) and hurl them at me like quarterbacks on fire? TOUCHDOWN! I had to pull over into the Walmart parking lot and put fresh diapers on the two laughing rascals. They’re lucky I love them, because Walmart almost became their new home.

  5. So it’s about to get even more fun around your house!! Happy Birthday to your sweet babies. I tried telling my little one to stop growing up so fast and he still went behind my back and is having a third birthday this month. They just don’t listen I tell ya!

Eden and Elijah are both so adorable and I hope they decide they don’t feel like going through the “terrible twos” since they are so grown already :p
